Trim audio,
without the upload.
Cut MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG and FLAC down to the part you want — right in your browser. Drag on the waveform, preview, download.
How it works
- 1
Drop your audio
Add an MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG or FLAC file. It's decoded locally — no upload.
- 2
Set the in and out points
Drag the handles across the waveform to pick the segment, then preview your selection.
- 3
Download the clip
Export the trimmed audio. When the format allows, the cut is lossless — no re-encoding.
Frequently asked questions
Is my audio uploaded to a server?+
No. Trimming happens entirely in your browser via the WebCodecs API and mediabunny. Your files never leave your device.
Does trimming reduce quality?+
When the source codec can be copied into a matching container (MP3, M4A/AAC, OGG, FLAC, WAV), the cut is lossless — the encoded samples are copied with no re-encoding. If copying isn't possible, the clip is re-encoded to MP3.
Which formats can I trim?+
MP3, WAV, M4A/AAC, OGG/Opus and FLAC. The output keeps the original format whenever a lossless cut is possible.
Is it free?+
Yes — free, no signup, no watermarks.
