Favicon generator,
without the upload.
Turn an image or SVG into favicon.ico and app icons — right in your browser. Drag, drop, done.
How it works
- 1
Drop an image
Use a square PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG for the sharpest result — decoded locally, no upload.
- 2
Tune it
Pick a background (transparent or a color) and set your app name for the web manifest.
- 3
Download the package
Get a zip with favicon.ico, app icons, site.webmanifest, and the <head> snippet to paste in.
Frequently asked questions
Is my image uploaded to a server?+
No. The icons are rendered and packaged entirely in your browser. Your image never leaves your device.
What's in the download?+
A zip with favicon.ico (16/32/48), apple-touch-icon.png (180), icon-192.png, icon-512.png, a site.webmanifest, and a snippet.html containing the <link> tags for your page's <head>.
What image should I use?+
A square image works best. SVGs are re-rendered crisply at every size; raster images are scaled down. Add a background color if your image is transparent and you want a solid icon.
Is it free?+
Yes — free, no signup, no watermarks.
